I would have thought/hoped that demographers would have the capacity to make predictions like this to some degree of accuracy. And while we cannot see into the future, there seems to be no obvious reason why immigrants should stop wanting to come here at any point in the near future. It therefore seems reasonable to suppose that present trends will continue. Of course, they might change (hopefully they will), but I don't see any reason why they should.<BR/><BR/>I'm not sure I get the point about "manipulation of economic sentiment".
