2. Get kidnapped by the same terrorists that you thought were your friends.

Honestly, there's a small part of me that hopes his head is separated from his body. Then perhaps the BBC will wake up.
It would be no great loss to journalism.
Indeed. It is difficult to work up much sympathy for this man, although I do feel for his family.
Sadly I don't think that anything could change the anti-Israel bias of the BBC. By hook or by crook, they'll find a way to blame Israel for anything that happens to him.
