A suspected burglar? What else might he have been doing? Cleaning the windows?
Oh, I missed that one. "Suspected burglar" does seem a tiny bit bizarre, but it's pretty much par for the course for the MSM. I recall that Tony Martin's "victim", Fred Barras, has also sometimes been described in this manner.
