The disabled are climbing up it. As it were. The government wants to bring in legislation to make it a crime to incite hatred against them. Because we've all seen the secretly-filmed footage of able-bodied fanatics in their gyms urging the faithful to get down off their exercise bikes and throw people in wheelchairs off mountain tops, haven't we?
But the gays appear to have slipped down a rung or two. You can now use the word 'poof' on TV! Thankfully, they still have their own impending anti-free speech legislation to console themselves with.
