A picture of the new Britain

Looking at al-Beeb's website this evening, I chanced upon the news that two Bollywood stars are claiming that they had racist remarks shouted at them from a passing car, as they shot a film in Southall. This, clearly very important and newsworthy, story is currently receiving second billing on the "England" section of the BBC News website, and has had quite a lengthy, illustrated, article devoted to it. Of course, the Beeboids did not see fit to publish a single paragraph on a rather more serious recent case in which a man had his skull sliced open with a machete in a racist attack, but that's understandable: the victim was only white, after all.

But, what struck me rather more than the anti-white racism (which, let's face it, is no more than you expect from al-Beeb), was this sentence, regarding the absolutely charming part of London in which the alleged shouting of racist abuse took place:
The town's Pakistani and Indian communities for the most part live happily alongside Somalis and the newest immigrants from eastern Europe.
Now, leaving aside the fact that this is a statement of somewhat questionable veracity, I was just thinking that, alongside the Pakistanis, Indians, Somalis, and east Europeans, there does seem to be one community missing from the multicultural love-in. Now, if only I could remember who they were...

Population replacement, anyone?

We're facing nothing less principled then our annihilation as a people.

Also, our "leaders" would sooner drop fire on people (to fight the """islamofascist threat""") then adopt a discriminatory immigration policy.

Calling people insane, these days, is like handing out speeding tickets at the grand prix.

How you doing FR?

You may be due for an uplifting story of human triumph against the forces of evil. Or a joke maybe.

Your well is full of corruption and perfidy, time for some balance - it's not all bad out here - and we need some joy to fight the good fight.

Hope all is good and fine in your world.

The Government has lost confidence in the People and has decided to elect a new one as Brecht wrote in:

The Solution
(translated by John Willett and Ralph Manheim)

After the uprising of the 17th of June
The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee
Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government
And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier
In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?

Die Lösung

Nach dem Aufstand des 17. Juni

Funny you should highlight that particular poem. I recall that Fjordman used the exact same one in an article he wrote last year, entitled "Electing a New People: The Leftist - Islamic Alliance", in which he made the same point you make.

To homophobic horse, who wrote a comment to me that I could not reply to via gmail . . .

HOmophobic horse,

I am dropping adverts, but . . .

Your point is interesting. It seems that race explains wars, but economics get thrown around to explain wars as well. In other words, the marxist thing always seems to be just below multiculturalism. Multiculturalism is payback, in their eyes, for exploitation. It is not just a celebration of culture, but revenge. There is not a little anger that the Soviet Union did not go well.

Culturism, unfortunately, uses evolutionary science to explain the transmission of culture. Culture serves a function in that it forms group identity. That group identity, however, does not get formed by each generation doing a rational assessment of their surroundings' ideology. Rather, humans come programmed to absorb whatever culture they are born into.

When a group is ascending they get a rush of power. When they feel weakness they the opposite happens. Group anger and actions often have very little to do with reason. We still must engage people on the battlefront of ideas. But it is useful to know that symbols and smelling the blood of the weak also create hostility. We need to put on some kind of a show of strength, that we honor, esteem and think our cultures worth protecting, if we want people to get behind them.

This is why multiculturalism is weak in the face of Islam. Islam unites people in pride. Culturism can hopefullly unite people in pride. They have something they feel strongly about. But multiculturalism asks people to get excited about neutrality to their own civilization. That will never be a formula for garnering support and respect.

I hope that wan't too off topic!!! John

Philosopher Cioran had predicted that: "If mankind is to start over again, it will be with the outcasts, with the mongrels from all parts, with the dregs of the continents."

Although your liberalism is more advanced than that here in the States, at least you native Brits are still 90% of the population. Here in America, we've dropped from being 89% to 67% white in not quite 50 years, and the demographic statistics for 5-year-olds are positively frightening.

If you could get the British people to unite against their leftist overlords, you could still take your country back. Good luck in what is sure to be a long, hard fight!
